Discount Policy
An early payment discount of 5% applies for registrations paid for no less than 10 business days prior to the commencement date of a course. A group discount of 5% applies if three or more delegates from an organisation attend the same course held at our Manly Campus. A discount of 5% applies for all customised courses held at our Manly Campus (minimum of 4 students required for scheduling of a customised course).
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be provided if a registration is cancelled more than 10 business days prior to the commencement date of a course. Cancellations within 10 business days of commencement of a course will not be entitled to a refund.
Consulting Services
Additional Learning and Development services are available at a daily rate of $1980 per day, including Workshop Customisation, Training Evaluation, Post-training follow-up, Workplace practice packs, Coaching, Mentoring and Competency assessment.
